Yesterday I made these amazing Lentil Burger for dinner. A super healthy and super delicious meal. The sliders in the burger were made with lentils (Channa Dal) and mushrooms. I opted for the multigrain burger bun. And also used Hung curd dip as a substitute for the cheese. Grilled Zucchini ribbon and a thin slice of beetroot added crunch and texture to the burger.
