White Chocolate Candy will fit the occasion. It’s quick, it’s easy and it looks sophisticated. Gifting a jar or a box full of white chocolate candy will definitely leave an impression.
There can be plenty of mouthwatering ways to satisfy your white chocolate cravings. Make these in your kitchen – you have got to think about the flavors, textures when you add in the other ingredients. I went for cranberries, flaked almonds and oreo cookies. The smoothness of the white chocolate is a wonderful contrast to the crunchy oreos. The sweetness of the white chocolate is a contrast to the sweet sourness of the cranberries.
Let’s get on with the recipe. Remember to use good quality ingredients. Dry fruits, or nuts or chocolate – all have to be good flavors because the recipe is all about putting some your favorite flavors and textures together in an artistic way.

[recipe title=[recipe title=” White Chocolate Candy” time=” 20minutes” difficulty=”easy”]
1. 200gm of white chocolate (you can use compound chocolate)
2. 1/4th cup of flaked almonds
3. 2o gm of dark chocolate (melted)
4. 1/4th cup of dried cranberries
5. 4 to 5 Oreo cookies
Line a baking tray with a parchment paper and set aside.
Roughly chop the white chocolate into small pieces and put in a heat proof bowl. Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
Tip : White chocolate is a little trickier to melt because it has a lower burning point. It overheats quickly – white chocolate that overheats can be difficult to use in the recipe. I recommend that you melt white chocolate using a double-boiler rather than microwave.
White chocolate has a burn point of 110 degrees, where as darker chocolate has around 115 degrees. Those few degrees can really mean the difference between smooth, melt chocolate and a scorched, solid mess.
Remove the white chocolate from the heat after most of it has melted but while a few lumps are still present. The chocolate will continue to melt because of the heat, just continue to stir it, This prevents overheating.
Spread the melted chocolate (using a offset spatula) evenly on the prepared baking tray lined with parchment. Use a fork to splash some strokes of dark chocolate on the top.
Sprinkle cranberries and broken oreo cookies on the top. Your white chocolate candy is all ready, just wait for the things to set. Keep in the fridge and chill before cutting into the slab.
I just used my hands to break uneven parts. I think these look kinda cool. You go as per your like. You can also use various molds or use a sharp knife to cut even bars. Enjoy!
