  • Mince the garlic cloves. https://amzn.to/37SxISf In a bowl add the butter (make sure the butter is at room temperature) and the minced garlic.
    Whisk them together and add the pizza spice and salt to the butter.
  • Make slits https://amzn.to/3rxpfM3 in the Ladi pav using shape knife going 3/4th of the way as you cut into the pav.
    Rub the prepared garlic butter in between the slits.
  • Add cheese slices inside the slits where you have applied butter. Bake for 10 minutes at 180* C and enjoy hot garlic bread at home.
