Date and Oat Ladoo

These Ladoos are amazingly delicious high in protein and these have no refined sugar. A perfect snack option for odd food times. Though I bake a lot, I don’t munch unnecessarily. If I feel hungry in the odd hours, I am very selective about what I am indulging in.
I have used Instant Oats, nuts and dates. If Ladoo doesn’t fancy you enough name them Nutrition filled Date Truffles. The best part is these are super quick and fuss-free to make at home. they keep you full for longer and satisfy your sweet cravings too.

Instructions

  • Chop the dates and nuts and set aside.
  • In a pan add butter, add the oats and nuts. Roast until light golden brown, about 5-8 minutes.
  • Add chopped dates, roasted nuts, oats and a 1/4th tsp of salt. Pulse the ingredients in the processorhttps://amzn.to/31tAhHj and combine all.
Don't mash the mix completely. A bit bite of nuts and dates is quite pleasing to the tastebuds.
  • Make small lemon-sized Ladoo and set aside. If you wish to coat them in melted chocolate, chill them for an hour or so in the fridge. They will hold the shape and will be easy to handle.
