Burnt Garlic Fried Rice

And I am quickly taking you to the recipe now. 

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoon of cooking oil

3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 medium size onion, finely chopped

2 small spring onion, chopped

1 green chilli, finely chopped

1 small carrot, diced 

10-12 French beans, chopped

1 small capsicum, chopped

2 teaspoon vinegar

2 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon chilli sauce

Cremica Sriracha Sauce, 440gir?t=2bliofbak 21&l=am2&o=31&a=B075F75NPP

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups cooked basmati rice

2 tablespoons of chopped fried garlic 

Method 

In a large wok heat the oil and saute chopped garlic cloves. Saute on medium flame till they turn golden.

Add in the onion, whites of spring onions and green chilli. saute well. Additionally, add capsicum, 

carrot and beans and saute for a minute.

Now add vinegar, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Mix on high flame.

Furthermore, add 2 cups cooked basmati rice or leftover rice. Season with salt and pepper. 

Mix gently, without breaking rice grain. Allow the rice to heat up completely. Add fried garlic and greens of spring onion in the last and serve hot. 

You can add the vegetables of your choice like cabbage, broccoli and snow pea.

Cook the fried rice on high flame however roast the garlic on medium flame.
