Now few thing to remember before you begin to bake :

1. Measure all the ingredients accurately, it’s always important when you are baking.

2. You can add any kind of dry fruits to the recipe according to your flavor and your dietary needs to make these an ultimate health food.

3. I have not used any egg in this recipe that make these blondies vegan food, which is totally optional. However  adding egg to the batter will make more cake like blondies.

4. You will need a food processor to make these Gluten Free Healthy Blondies. Just have to add all the ingredients and run the machine. Blondies batter will be ready in couple of seconds.

5. Don’t over bake these blondies, they will be tender in the center and will have crackly crust when done. Another way to know that the blondies are baked is when these start to pull away from the sides of the baking pan and if you insert a toothpick in the center it should come out clean.
