There are many sleepless nights; when everyone in the house is sleeping and I am thinking about my new bake or the bake that did not turn out very well.
(I bake and bake and bake and bake. Me and my oven are BFF.) So much baking and eating does somtimes make me think of the number of calories I am consuming. BUTTTTTTTTTTTT,
These Healthy Oatmeal Muffins are guilt free. So I baked two batches !
I added almonds and dates in the recipe along with oats soaked in milk which makes it all the more healthy and yummy. Muffins are very moist and have melt in the mouth texture.
These Muffins are best for the mornings when you have zero time and there is so much to do.
Pack the muffin in the lunch box or just a quick grab with milk, will give you enough fuel to run around. I have a tag line too for this wonderful recipe-
