Go ahead and prepare the mushroom in the morning and keep them in the fridge. When its time to serve a spoon full of prepared mushrooms on to the Khari and a tiny bit of mozzarella on the top. You will just need to bake it for 2 minutes. The Khari will become fresh and yum and cheese will melt and mingle will mushroom. A tiny bit of parsley or coriander (whichever is easily available) on the top. Your fancy looking superbly delicious snack tray is ready to serve.

This Quick and Delicious Cheese Ball is a great recipe for a party at home. It has just a few ingredients and takes only a few minutes to pull together. The cheese ball is to be served with any kind of crackers. This is a very versatile recipe, I mean you can play around with the flavouring of your choice. Basically its very much like a dip, but to keep it fancy and elegant we will be serving it like a ball with crackers. Trust me this will vanish from the table before you know it.
250 gm cream cheese (room temperature)
Kraft Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, 226g
1 cup of cheddar cheese
Kraft Processed Cheddar Cheese, 250g
1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
The Spice Club Black Salt 150Gm+Garlic Powder 100Gm+Red Onion Powder 70 Gm Pet Jar
1/2 bell pepper, minced
2 scallions, minced
1/2 Cup coriander, chopped
Broken nacho chips or any spicy chips
Doritos Nacho Cheese, 150g
Crackers for serving
Sapphire Creamy Crackers, 350g
Combine your cheeses in a medium bowl. Then dice up and add all your green stuff. Make sure to mince the veggies finely so there aren’t any huge chunks. Toss those into the mix. Add all the ingredients leaving coriander, and taco chips aside. Do check on the seasoning and adjust accordingly.
Combine all well and shape it into a big ball. Spread broken chips and chopped coriander on to a plate and gently roll the cheese ball over without losing the shape.
I think this Quick and Delicious Cheese Ball is best if you let it sit in the fridge for an hour or two to set up but it’s definitely not essential.
You can also just serve it right away with crackers.
Tell you the truth, I am totally against buying a ready to use pizza base. There is a dough kneading lover, who lives in my soul hahhaha. But today, we were to concentrate on quick recipes, wherein least amount of work you will get an awesome appetiser for new year party. This is not a regular pizza where you will need pizza sauce and dough and long hours of baking. We are using thin crust whole wheat pizza base which is very easily available.
For the sauce, ketchup and tobacco combo. Now, this might sound spicy to you but when you have a pizza base on the bottom and a cheese layer on top, tobacco will play a nice roll and will balance the flavours beautifully. But, don’t get crazy when using tobacco, 7 to 8 drops with a big spoon full of ketchup on one average size pizza base work great. You can use more if, you or some friends like spicy food or if you want to play around and have them do all huuuu haaaaa water water….. ahhhhhhh reactions.
We are serving a quick mayo dip along are pizza sticks, the combinations not only looks yum but is fab to eat too. I am right now sharing the recipe for one pizza base sticks you will need to increase the amount according to the number of people you are expecting.
1 whole wheat thin crust pizza base
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
7 – 8 drops of tobacco
Tabasco Red Pepper Original Sauce, 60ml
1/4th cup of grated mozzarella cheese
1 spoon full of mayo
Veeba Classic Mayonnaise, 275g (Pack of 2)
1/4th teaspoon of southwest creamy sauce
Veeba Chipotle Southwest Salad Dressing, 300g
1 spoonful of cream
Few fresh basil leaves
Spread both the sauces on the pizza base and add the grated cheese on the top. Top it up with a nice sprinkle of pizza seasoning. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200*c.
Meanwhile mix mayo, southwest sauce and cream and pour it on to the bottom of the glass. When the pizza is done cut long strips and serve 2 to 3 pizza strips in each glass along with some fresh basil leaves. Enjoy! When it’s hot and yum.
