Whenever I bake something and it comes out amazing, I get this strong urge to share the recipe on my blog post. The Mango Tart that I made was very seasonal and delicious and I am sure It will impress you as well.
This Mango Tart Recipe is 1.Very easy and quick to make. 2. Has incredibly impressive looks. 3. Amazingly Delicious and of course A perfect share.
The sweetness and richness of Mango is combined with a Light creamy filling and crunchy crust, and the Tart screams out loud-Mango, Mango, Mango,Mango.
Before I begin with the EASYMANGO TART RECIPE, I would like to share few things-
1. It is a good idea to cut the mango strips first, to make the flower on the top. This way the the leftover pulp on the mango seed can be squeezed out with hand and can be used in making the cream filling.
2. The cream filling can be made a day before (which will save your time )if you have friends coming over. Just make sure it is kept in the fridge, all covered with a plastic wrap ( with the plastic wrap lightly touching the surface of the cream – this will prevent the cream surface from hardening.)
3.I used Alphonso Mango to make the Tart; you can use any kind of mango, but make sure to choose firm, sweet and perfectly ripe ones.
4. To get the perfect cut, when you serve the tart- It is required that you control that temptation to dig in, and keep the Mango Tart dish in the fridge for a couple of hours.
5. Ideally use a tart pan with a removable bottom, that way the mango tart will come out neat and easy.
