“Life of the pi”, was very short; ITS NO MORE NOW; ALL OVER; hahaha 🙂 but on a serious note it was a delicious Healthy Snack Zucchini Tomato Eggplant Pie, full of taste ! yummy and yummy.
The combo of Zucchini, Tomato and eggplant works very well together, and the best part was the crispy crust. I do count it as a Healthy Snack although it has little cheese on the top. Infact the cheese gave a invite to the kids, for them it was not less than a pizza treat and for me zucchini , tomato and eggplant pie was a satisfaction because everyone enjoyed and even asked for more. And I had to bake another pie the very same day.
