Small sweets; small treats indulgence, can be called – Healthy Snack-Coconut Bars. These chewy coconut snack bars are just perfect; as they are not too sweet and are packed with almonds, walnuts. I like to keep them in the healthy category. Enjoy the mouthful big bites guilt free especially when the rains have put a pause on the morning walks. Eating everything in moderation is the new scenario.

Healthy Snack-Coconut Bars have a very aromatic flavor. Every bite is packed with unsweetened coconut and dry fruit with a light drizzle of condensed milk. You can even customize these with the dry fruits that you have or you want. A superb cool snack; and these look 🙂 pretty. Tell me if you really want to take a bite, seeing these pictures.

These bars are very easy to make, just layering the ingredients in a tray and baking; not much work is to be done. The recipe has no added sugar, as condensed milk provides just the right amount of sweetness needed. Condensed milk binds the ingredients together and when it is baked with coconut it gets a beautiful caramel color and flavor. I just loved the aroma when the coconut bars were in the oven. Yummlicious.

Few tips –
1. While layering the ingredients on the baking tray make sure you don’t mix them. Just let them rest one over another.
2. Make sure that you are layering the ingredients evenly on the baking tray. Corners are important; they are more delicious after the bake.
3. While baking, if you feel that the one side of the tray is getting golden quicker then the other side. Open the oven door and rotate the tray; change the side to get even color.
4. It will be nice if the bars are completely cool before you cut them, You will get clean cuts and the coconut bars will be more presentable.
5. Just add your love and passion in the food you bake.
