Homemade Subway Sauces
The secret is in the Sauces!
My last visit to subway made me think about that, and I am glad to have that thought cross my mind standing at a subway outlet near my house. I told the guy If I can taste the sauces individually- He was sweet enough; to let me try. This post is all about those Scrumptious Homemade Subway Sauces.
Scrumptious Homemade Subway Sauces will give a makeover to your humble looking homemade sandwich – trust me – try it. And why only sandwiches; dress up your salads, crackers, and even use these as a dip for veggies or for chips.
The recipes are very simple; you will just have to mix the ingredients together. The most important thing to remember here is the balance of flavours. Although I am giving you a well-measured ingredient list, but still, I recommend tasting and judging to get the right balance according to your likes.
One more thing, use good quality ingredients; especially mustard sauce, Deloius Dijon Mustard has the correct hint of right flavours. Please don’t use locally made mustard sauce. Mayonnaise is another important component in most of the sauces. So you can buy ready to use mayonnaise or homemade ones.
