Food blogger contests are fun.
But something like a Kitchen aid Problogger Contest comes along once in awhile
and I am all gungho about participating. But what does one make ?
Something elaborate or something very visually minimalist but tasty?
I decided to bake a cake that represents me in this stage of my journey as a Food Blogger.
A tiered Choco / Strawberry / Vanilla Cake.NEAPOLITAN CAKE
This was one of the prettiest, yummiest,tastiest cake I have made.
Truly this bake suits my family the most , my elder one is simply in love with all the chocolates in this world.
And my younger one wants every thing pink in color and the flavor has to be strawberry.
My husband likes to nibble on vanilla flavored goodies with his tea and coffee.
The cake looks quite a job, which it is; its hard work, but it is quite a sweet impression.
The combination is easy, and is quite a fun, the colors are cute,
The flavors mingle very well, and is definitely a delicious combination.
My heart almost skipped a beat, on the very first slice, I just wanted to have very neat looking layers.
