Last month Pranav (my husband) was in Germany, and he got me some
pictures of awesome German food.Those interesting pictures sparked my interest onto
a fascinating journey, discovering German food. One thing that he really enjoyed eating in Berlin
was Curry wurst.
MY VERSION OF BERLIN VEGETARIAN CURRY WURST
NON VEGETARIAN BERLIN CURRY WURST
Curry Wurst is a fast food, it’s quick and simple and everyone loves it.
Originally it is served as steamed and fried pork sausage,with absolutely phenomenal curry wurst sauce.
Making a vegetarian version was interesting. I used potato and home made paneer with spices to make
the sausage, with combination of spicy curry, flavored ketchup.
You can play around with the ingredients of the sausage, but the magic is in the curry sauce.
I recommend this recipe if you are looking for something quick and easy and will give a kick to the taste buds.
