Now for my Few points to remember for making this gluten-free treat :
1. Measure all the ingredients accurately and have them all at room temperature.
2. Gluten is a protein found in all standard wheat flours used for cake making. It provides a structure to the baked goods. Instead, in this recipe, I have used cocoa powder and almond flour which gave a wonderful texture and flavor to the cake.
3. The recipe has used almond flour; If you don’t find almond flour, just dip some almonds overnight, then take off the peels. Pat the almonds dry and then ground them in a food processor to a fine powder.
4. Different baking pans requires different baking times. A thick glass pan may require little more time then the thin dark metal; Adjust the baking time accordingly.
5. When the batter in the center is set the cake is done. The cake will sit down a bit after you will take it out of the oven. Don’t worry, it is a gooey and rich cake and will taste wonderful.
Reminds you of the Pixels movie, doesn’t it ? My Chocolate Pixel !
