  • Food Processor



  • Wash and clean fresh basil and remove the leaves from the stems.
  • In a food processor, add walnuts and garlic cloves. Run the processor on a pulse mode and grind them together.
  • Add in the washed basil, salt, lemon juice, Parmesan Cheese, and half the olive oil. Run the processor again till it's ground properly.
    Keep the processor running and drizzle in the rest of the olive oil.
    Run the processor till you get good consistency as shown in the video.
    When storing the pesto drizzle some more olive oil on the top and store in the fridge.
